You will learn more about the 3 phases before the challenge begins.
You will use our app to:

Included in your membership, (active or 8-week only) you will have an unlimited amount of workouts available to you.
Some of our challengers will exercise 2-4 x a week. Some will exercise 2 x a day 3-4 days per week.
We will help and support you in helping you decide what is the best decision for you to exceed your goals.
